She was predeceased by: her parent Josiah Foster; her husband Warren "Gene" Taylor, Sr.; and her siblings, Joe Foster, Jr., Dean Foster, Milly Ditmer and Daryl Foster.

She is survived by: her parent Goldie Elizabeth Bunger Foster; her child Gene Taylor, Jr.; her significant other Rhonda Timmons of Millsboro; her sister Marilyn Fornshil of Ohio; her granddaughter Jessica Taylor; and also, Tom Taylor (June) of Georgetown, Lora Hastings (Mark) of Laurel, Sally Bradshaw (Glenn) of Dagsboro and Beth Taylor of Laurel. She is also survived by grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
