He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ennis (Brumbley); his son David James Ennis, II of Hebron, MD; his stepdaughters, Diana Godwin of Dagsboro, DE and Sherry Magee of Dagsboro, DE; his grandsons, Derrick Godwin (Casey Ware), P. David Godwin (Ashley), Dayton Magee and Jeremy Magee; his great grandchildren, Ivan Godwin, Mitchell Godwin, Addison Godwin and Chase Godwin; and his siblings, Willard Ennis of Salisbury, MD, Carol Reiss (Jack) of California and Sandra Abbott (Richard) of Chincoteague, VA..
