We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2021, at the age of 77, Charles George Kemper of Dagsboro, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Alice Kemper; his children, Kristen and Todd of Delaware; his sisters, Tobea Paskert (Jim) of Florida, Claire Zito (Gary Zito) of New York and Lydia Kennedy (Kevin) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Jared Ryan, Brandon Brittingham, Heather, Lauren and Katie Kemper.
