He was predeceased by: his parent William Lacy; and his wife Jane E. Duvall. He is survived by: his parent Adeline Ruth Duvall (Phebos); his daughter Deidra E. Duvall; and his sister Kathy Anderson of Westminster, MD. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
