She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Sylvester and Helen Sylvester (Meredith); her husband Frank C. Whalen Sr.; her daughter Sheri Lynn Whalen; and her siblings, James, Howard Sylvester and Janet Ennis (Sylvester).
She is survived by: her son Frank C. Whalen Jr. of Smyrna; her granddaughter Shannon M. Whalen; her sons, Nickolas J. Whalen of Georgetown and Deklan S. Whalen of Georgetown; and her granddaughter Brittany Leigh Whalen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
