It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Clinton Mitchell of Clayton, Delaware, born in Mart, Texas, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Mitchell and Betsy Jean Walts Mitchell; his wife Linda L. Mitchell; and his sister Cathy Jean Davis. He is survived by: his uncle Wayne; his aunt Jadene Walts of Texas; his brother Terry Spence Mitchell of Texas; his stepchildren, Cathy Neeld (Dave) of Dover and Hilliard of Clayton; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Melvin-Williams, DuPont (Steve) of Smyrna and Perdue.
