She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Cook (Jeff Pearson) of Smyrna, Keith Blevins (Sherri) of Clayton and Mark Blevins of Clayton; her grandchildren, Reese Clark (Katie), Matthew Vela, Niki Rose (Joe), Casey Blevins (Mario), Crystal and Kaela Covey; her great grandchildren, Alexus Clark, Callie Clark, Joey Rose, Olivia Rose and Ava Vela; her sisters, Margie Reynolds, Mary Tipton and Rosa Shumate; and her brother-in-law Jack C. Payton.
