She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey T. Cassell and Marie Cassell. She is survived by: her husband William "Cleve" C. Donavon, Jr.; her children, Jennifer Donavon and William "Billy" C. Donavon, III of Dover; her grandchildren, Troy Donavon, Madison Donavon and Lexxi Donavon; her pet Princess; and her siblings, Sally Glazer (Harvey), Vitina Sidote of Theresa, Kaufman (Kenny), Marie Wenze (Chris), Harvey Cassell (Laurie) and Peter Cassell (Janine).
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 5-7 pm at Faries Funeral Home, located at 29 South Main Street in Smyrna, where memorial services will begin at 7 pm, pursuant to COVID guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be sent to your local SPCA, Seasons Hospice (100 Commerce Drive, Suite 302, Newark, DE 19713) or the American Cancer Society.
