He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnson and Anna Johnson; and his former wife Violet. He is survived by: his wife Jebba; and his children, Earl Murray (Geri), Lester (Linda), John (Stephanie), Midge Hightman (Dan), Marvin (Michelle) and Melanie (Schooch). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
