He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Marie Parsons and Kenneth R. Parsons Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Parsons; his children, Kristie Tolliver (Dean) of Florida, Keith Parsons (Robin) of Smyrna and Kimberly Christensen of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Heather, Garret, Brittney and Tyler; and his siblings, Joan Allmond (Joe), Russell Parsons, Curtis Hanley (Dottie) and Michael Huber.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to The American Cancer Society.
