It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Lee Spencer of Clayton, Delaware, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Spencer, Sr. (Ed); her son Hank Steller (Sherry); her stepchildren, Virginia Messick, Laura Potter, April Tush and Ed Spencer, Jr.; and her close friends, Charlene Hurd and Dottie Chambers. She is also survived by 20 step-grandchildren, 17 step-great grandchildren.
