He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ratcliffe and Sybil Frye Ratcliffe. He is survived by: his children, Cloressia Ratcliffe (Rory Sheriff, Jr.) and Dwayne Miguel Ratcliffe Jr. (Paige Darling) of Smyrna, DE; his siblings, James Ratcliffe (Michelle) of Salisbury, MD, James Turnbaugh, Donna Eacho (Thomas) and Brenda Boylan; and his granddaughters, Aliciana S. Sheriff and Rilynn A. Ratcliffe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904 to help defray funeral expenses.
