She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Powell and Cora Belle Powell of Blackbird, Delaware.; her husband Robert Armstrong; her daughter Cheryl George; her granddaughter Amy George; and her siblings, Linda Powell, Edward and Leon Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Richard George, John Armstrong and Sylvia Armstrong; her grandchildren, Candace Louder and Eric Kivler; and her brother Randy Powell.
