He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Shelba; and his brothers, William and Edward. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra, Shelba, Susan, Daniel, Donald, John and Robert; and his children, Stacey, Nichole, Alleshia, Ronald Jr., Dana, Travis, Chastity, Chelsie and Jordan. He is also survived by his twenty grandchildren, his nieces and nephews.
