He was predeceased by: his father Edward James; and his wife Karen. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Riley (Becky) of Hurlock, MD, Bill Riley (Renee) of Palm Bay, FL and Robin Feil (Mick) of Wilmington, DE; his daughters, Christine White (Bob) of San Bernardino, CA and Karey Riley-Locke of Claymont, DE; his grandchildren, Bobby, Patrick, Madison, Haley and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Ashton, Aria, Allan, De'Mari, Dylan and Jameson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a diabetes organization of your choice.
