She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma Uricheck and Joseph Uricheck. She is survived by: her husband Kirk Holzapfel; her children, Jenna Holzapfel and Matthew Holzapfel; and her siblings, Joseph Uricheck, Michael Uricheck, Anna Greenjack and Tricia Mullen.
