He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph James Lynch and Myrtle Clark (Fauls) of Virginia. He is survived by: his son Joseph John Clark Jr. of Thornton, PA; and his siblings, William E. Hazelton of Elkton, MD, Donald S. Hazelton of Drexel Hill, PA, Robert W. Clark (Regina) of Freehold, NJ and Virginia M. Trumbull (James) of Claymont, DE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
