We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2019, at the age of 89, Joseph J. Boland (Claymont, Delaware) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Boland and Anna Boland (Klinger); his son Joseph Jr.; and his siblings, Lucille, Robert and William Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Karen Litwa, Maureen Boland, Eileen Challenger (Bob) and Sharon Boland; his grandchildren, Amber Hefner (James), Daniel Litwa (Lindsey) and Joseph Challenger (JD); his great grandchildren, Dameon and Colton Hefner; and his pets, Winston, Furball and Sam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Joe requested donations to Faithful Friends Animal Society, 12 Germay Dr., Wilmington, DE 19804.
