She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavina Shanahan (Smith) and John Shanahan; her husband Donald S. Puharic; and her siblings, Jack Shanahan, Mary Daly (Edward) and Msgr.
She is survived by: her children, Colleen Donithan, D. J. (Brenda), Terri Esposito and Erin Giordano (Thomas II); and her grandchildren, Brian, Adam Donithan, Brooke, Jacob, Joshua Puharic, Nadia, Anthony Esposito, Thomas III and Justin Giordano.
