She was predeceased by: her parents, Katharine Urban and Kasper Urban; and her husband James F. Morgan. She is survived by: her children, Michele Heyden (Michael), James Morgan Jr. (Cathy) and Brian Morgan (Su); her grandchildren, Melissa Morgan-Gouveia (Nate), Michael Heyden (Amy), Asia Morgan Rehder (Patrick), Amy Morgan (Kenny) and James Morgan; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Addison Gouveia, Patrick, Charlotte, Benjamin Rehder and Lisbon Heyden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Joann requested donations be made to the Autism Society of America, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 305, Rockville, MD 20852.
