He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Willis and Helen Rogers Miller; his daughter Becky Miller; his sister Betty Faust; his daughter-in-law Kathy Miller; his wife Beverly; his children, Kathy Benson (Bob) of Lewes, Jimmy (Wendy) and Kenny of Wilmington; his grandchildren, AJ, Samantha, Jamie, Luke, Kenny Jr. and Christina; and his sister Janet Brady of Millsboro. He was also cherished by five great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no public service.
