He was predeceased by: his siblings, Norwood Baker, Earl Baker and Ester Finch. He is survived by: his parents, Jacob Baker and Alice Baker; his siblings, Austin Baker and Doris Evans of North Carolina; his wife Priscilla; his children, Gale Baker of Orrstown and Jacob F. Baker, III (Cheryl) of Townsend; his grandsons, Kevin Gunning, Jr., Matthew Gunning, Jacob F. Baker, IV and Kyle Baker; and his great grandchild Saylor Gunning.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America/Purple Heart.
