Helen T. Young Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen T. Young of Claymont, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester O. Barkes and Theresa Barkes (Boyland); her husband Tom; her sons, Timothy and Kevin Young, Sr.; her nephew Christopher Barkes; her brother Raymond; her sister-in-law Dottie Barkes; her sister Genevieve; and her close friend Joan Wolf.
She is survived by: her son John (Linda) of Wildwood, NJ. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Holy Rosary Church.
