He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Pebble Bailey; and his children, Timothy Monroe Ross and Sandra Ruth Lober. He is survived by: his sons, Brad Ross of Midland City, Alabama, Keith Ross of Landenberg, Pennsylvania and Dana Ross of Morganton, Georgia.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
