We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2020, Edith Grace Bell (Claymont, Delaware) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul O. Simmons, Sr. and Florence Simmons (Bailey); her husband Charles William Bell; and her siblings, Paul Simmons, Jr. and Doris Reczek.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Simmons, Charlene M. Bell and Linda A. Ferguson (Mike); her grandchildren, Reginald V. May (Dottie), Marie L. May and Christine M. Brady; and her sister-in-law Tomasa Simmons. She is also survived by two great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
Due to the coronavirus, there will be no services at this time.
