With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naomi W. Thompson of Cheswold, Delaware, born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on June 23, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thomas Russell Walter and Pauline Frederick Walter; her husband Harry S. Thompson; and her siblings, Harry Walter, Thomas Walter and Katharine Kalman.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie T. Wegman (Michele) of Haskell, NJ, Kevin W. Wegman (Mischelle) of Parkesburg, PA, Janine W. Alkanowski (David Sr.) of Townsend, DE, Rick Bennett of Wilmington, DE and Victoria Bennett of Bear, DE; her grandchildren, Emily Wegman, Nathan Wegman, Kyle Wegman, Harley Wegman, David Alkanowski, Jr., Eliason Bennett and Diah Bennett; and her great grandchildren, Penny Wegman, Sam Wegman, Evelyn Wegman, Riley Wegman, Aubry Wegman, Axle Wegman and Elodie Vigo.
