Carter, Zachery C. Carter (Janet) and Gail Y. Ridgeway (Garry); his grandchildren, Travis Ridgeway (Kristen), Jessica Carter Mendieta (Donny), Eric Carter (Nicole), Benjamin Carter, Alexander Carter (Elizabeth) and Tori Ridgeway; and his great grandchildren, Talley, Madison, Rylee, Shelby Ridgeway, Katherine, Olivia, Carter Mendieta, Sloane, Quinn Carter and Avery Carter.
