She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Knotts and Clara Knotts; her former husband Jack Strimel; her children, Cliff and Cathy Woodhouse; her granddaughter Erin Reed; her son-in-law Joe Saxton; and her siblings, Mildred Brittingham, William, George, James, Ernest and Frank Knotts.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Saxton; her grandson Sean Saxton; her brother Ralph Knotts (MaryEllen); her fiancé Jack Egolf; and her adoptive daughter Janice Lambertson Green. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces and many other family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Faries Funeral Directors (29 S Main St, Smyrna, DE 19977). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Faries Funeral Home (29 S Main St, Smyrna, DE 19977). She was a volunteer for RSVP.
