He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A Rapp Jr. and Irene Rapp (Pesinkowski); and his brother Kevin Rapp. He is survived by: his wife Denise Rapp; his daughter Wanda Rapp; his stepchildren, Chantel Day, Vleada Wayne and Benjamin Hom; and his siblings, Steve Rapp, Kelly Rapp and Patty Desimone. He is also survived by 1 niece, 4 nephews and many more family and friends.
