Sandra May Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra May Carter (Camden Wyoming, Delaware), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on April 25, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Huston and Vera Huston (Krause); her husband John L. "Jack" Carter, Jr.; and her brother Samuel M. Huston of Galeton. She is survived by: her children, Candace Tillinghast (John), John Carter III, David Carter (Marjorie) and Carol Carter; and her siblings, Carol Goodman, Lois Mears and John Huston (Janice). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made to Delaware Hospice or your local SPCA.
