She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Irene Eva Johnson; and her great grandchild Briella Warnick. She is survived by: her husband J. Carl Melvin; her children, Lisa Todd (Chris), Robin Warnick (Allan) and Bryan Melvin (Madonna); and her brother Charles Johnson (Anna). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pippin Funeral Home (119 W Camden Wyoming Ave, Wyoming, DE 19934). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
