He was predeceased by: his parents, Wales Willard and Evelyn Willard (Peterson); his siblings, Jane St. Lawrence and Arlan Willard; and his great grandchild Madelyn Kerpen.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Davis; his children, John of Cortez, James of Wyoming and Jody Starke (Ken) of Wyoming; his granddaughters, Christie Bonniwell (Aaron) and Shannon Kerpen Savannah Willard (Eugene); and his great grandchildren, Chase and Wyatt Bonniwell.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the church.
