He was predeceased by: his parent Austin Fitzgibbon; and his wife Jeannie Fitzgibbon (Nicholls). He is survived by: his parent Nellie Fitzgibbon (Vandermillen); his daughters, Debbie Freer Smith (Stephen) of North East, MD and Kathy Freer Spencer (Mark) of Nampa; and his significant other Ilene Breakie of Wyoming. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
