He is survived by: his parents, Lela Seibert of Couldersport, PA and Richard Seibert of Milford; his significant other Brenda Seibert (Giulian) of Camden; his brother Rob Seibert (Gail) of Dover; his son Kyle Seibert of Allegany; his grandsons, Seth and Benjamin Seibert of Allegany; his nephews, Joshua Seibert (Jennifer) of Smyrna and Jered Seibert of Dover; his stepchildren, Amy Zakreski (Steve), Angela Giulian, Patty Lopez (Jose) and John Giulian (Amy); and his stepgrandchildren, Tim, Steven, Nick Zakreski, Brandon Giulian, Esius, Elijah, Alayna, Nevaeh Duque, William Dominguez, Xavier, Leah and Dominick Giulian. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
