She is survived by: her sister Leola DeRedin of Stockton Springs, ME.; her children, Gene Proctor, Jr. (Jayme) of Milford, KS, Todd Proctor (Joy) of Raleigh, NC, Gary Proctor (Dawn) of Dagsboro, DE and Terri Proctor of Wilmington, DE.; and her grandchildren, Christina Scott, Zachary Tilley, Mallory DeVries and Tyler Proctor.
