With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lloyd Franklin Slacum Sr. (Camden Wyoming, Delaware), born in Dover, Delaware, who passed away on January 20, 2020 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Slacum, Sr. and Grace P. Slacum (Hart); his former wife Hazel Doris Slacum (Ellis); his siblings, Leona Scotton, Laura Mae McGuire, William Slacum and James Slacum; and his son Paul Slacum.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Elizabeth Slacum (Allen); his children, Christine L. Hummel of Dover, Lloyd F. Slacum, Jr. (Lois) of Wilmington and Philip L. Slacum of Newark; and his stepdaughters, Grace E. Tinley, Patricia L. Tripp, Mary E. Sweet-Farrow, Nancy L. Parker and Amanda A. Anderson. He is also survived by 6 step grandsons; 3 step great granddaughters; and many nieces and nephews.
