She was predeceased by: her children, Bob Shepherd, Iona Zellman, Sue Shepherd, Joe Miles and Lori Short; and her siblings, Patricia Irvin and Walter Sparshott.
She is survived by: her husband Harold E. Willey; her children, Larry Shepherd of Clayton, Sherry Dowgos (John) of Marydel and Candy J. McGuckin (Jody) of Dover; and her sisters, Betty Ann Swann of Anderson and Joan Freed of Anderson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren & 8 great-grandchildren.
