He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Nicholson and Mabel Nicholson. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert and Donald Nicholson; his wife Phyllis K. Nicholson; his children, Teresa Herrera (Phillip) of John, Nicholson, Jr. (Melissa), Tonya Castillo (Sixto), Stephanie Tonn (Rupy Robateau) and Nickole Holder (Lennox); and his stepchildren, Anita Brown (Tommy), Sonny Parzyck III, Sandy Sharpnack and Lance Parzyck.
