He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Koger (Taber) and James Edward Koger. He is survived by: his wife Diane Koger (Cap); his children, Chris Koger (Kristi), Jamie Koger (Nechol) of Middletown and Melissa Koger-Matos (Henry) of Middletown; his brother Robert "Scooter" Koger of Lawrence Harbor, N. J.; and his grandchildren, Thomas "T. J." Koger, Jacob Koger, Kairi Solt and Alice Matos.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Camden Wyoming Fire Company, 200 E. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Camden, DE 19934 or to the Brandywine Valley S.P.C.A., 1757 Horse Pond Road, Dover, DE 19901.
