He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Madara M. D. and Ruth Madara; and his sister Marilyn Madara Tilton (Gary). He is survived by: his wife LeNay Madara; his children, Monica Becker (Matt), Eric Boice (Stephanie), Devon Madara, Destiny Boothroyd (Jason) and Braxton Madara; his grandchildren, Adalyn Becker, Joseph Becker and Emily Boice; and his siblings, Joyce Bambrick (Jim) and Jay Madara (Ann).

Viewing was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
