He was predeceased by: his parents, James McDuffie and Monnie McDuffie (Patterson); his wife Margaret "Peggy" McDuffie; and his brothers, James William McDuffie and Daniel Thomas McDuffie.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Fletcher (Annmarie) and Stacey Fletcher (Jonathan Miller); and his grandchildren, Harry, Hank, Alanis and Miles. He is also survived by extended family members, friends, neighbors, and military friends.
