He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynne Menden (Phillips); his children, Morgan E. Menden (Brian) of Bear, Christopher Todd Menden (Amber) of Boerne, TX and Connor Phillips Menden of Wyoming; his siblings, David Menden of Ontario, Canada, Diane Topper (Stephen) of Summerville, S. C. and Patty Hess of Ontario, Canada; his grandchildren, Addison, Chase and Liam; his stepmother Emily Menden of Milford; his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Steph, Jr., Evan, Megan, Caitlyn, Brett and Brady; and his siblings-in-law, Robert of Frankford, Brooks of Dover and Debbie of Wyoming.
