Rowlinson of Blackistons; his spouses, Alice Anne Burris and Doris H. Walls of Dover; his children, Mike (Robin) of Wilmington and Terri McBride of Milton; his grandchildren, Michael Rowlinson (Megan) of Wilmington and Noelle Mills; his stepsons, David Walls (Jan) of Dover, Michael Walls (Debra) of Dover, Mathew (Lauren), Andrew (Tab) and Scott (Jackie); and his stepgranddaughter Julie (Dwayne). He is also survived by three great grandchildren, seven step- great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
