He was predeceased by: his parents, William Watkins and Melissa Agnes Payne Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his siblings-in-law, Linda Przybylski and Walter Przybylski; his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Jim Truszkowski, Lori, Kelly Bishop and Jessica Przybylski; his great-nieces, Rebecca Bishop, Lindsay Truszkowski, Joshua Bishop, David Bishop and James Truszkowski; and his godson Brian Truszkowski U. S. M.. He is also survived by his extended family and a host of friends.
