She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Reed and Dixie Reed. She is survived by: her husband Carl Willoughby; her sons, Christopher and Dale (Candace); and her sister Karen Ridgeway (Robert). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and several dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pippin Funeral Home (119 W Camden Wyoming Ave, Wyoming, DE 19934). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
