He is survived by: his daughters, Alexis Miller (Joe Turnbaugh) and Olivia Miller; his parents, Joan Harris Miller (Jeff Miller) and John H. Miller III (Joni Miller); his brother John H. Miller IV (Laura Miller); and his pet Basil. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, a niece, nephews.
