With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Milbourne Webb Jr. (Camden Wyoming, Delaware), who passed away on November 17, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milbourn Webb and Barbara Webb; his wife Verona; his sons, David and Dennis; his siblings, Lawrence, Barbara Ann and Tommy; and his daughter-in-law Prudy.
He is survived by: his daughter Holly Webb; his granddaughter Wendy Webb; his daughter Dawn Cox (David); his grandchildren, Kristie Failing, Mindi Failing, Kimmie Ebke (Chris) and Denny Webb (Rebekka); his sister Blanche "Sis" Satterfield; his close friend Bryan Melvin; his grandchildren, David McDonley, Luke Murphy and Louise (Annie); and his caregivers, Taylor and Mary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
