He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Campbell and Mary Leona Leather Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Langkam Campbell of Camden-Wyoming, DE.; his children, Charles Campbell, Jr. of Westminster, MD, Thomas Campbell (Tammy) of Pasadena, MD, Carol Campbell of Camden-Wyoming, DE, Crista Campbell of Marion Station, MD and Carie Reese (Douglas) of Manchester, MD; and his sister Jane Muncy of Reisterstown, MD.
