She is survived by: her husband Paul Stevens; her children, Claudette Lorraine Pettyjohn (Terrence Pettyjohn), Tamela Beulah (Eric Nutter), Claude Alvin Beulah, Jr. (Dee Fowler) and James Thomas, Jr. (Laura Thomas); her grandchildren, Devin Riddick, Ikiem Pettyjohn, David Nutter, Jeremiah Beulah, Timothy Beulah, Elijah Beulah, Cameron Thomas, Javon Thomas, Sakia Thomas, Malachi Thomas and Tressure Fowler; and her siblings, Virgil Simms, Sylvia Ross and Shirley Woolford. She is also survived by 3 sisters in law and 7 brothers in law; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
