She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Ray Kelly and Betty Jean Kelly (Thomas). She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Witherspoon; her father-in-law Ezekiel "Zeke" Witherspoon of Brooklyn; her brother Dennis R. Kelly Jr. (Linda Woodfolk) of Columbia, MD; her niece Sarah R. (Larry Richards) of Forestville, MD; her nephews, Dennis R. Kelly III of Crystal City, VA. and Jason E. Kelly of Washington, DC; and her cousins, Charles Lee and Gregory Lee of Brooklyn.
